by the one-way academic discussion that the author is having with him or
herself?

last year or two that made
you feel like you needed a degree to decipher? Have you purchased a ton of books
on the subject of God that were so full of endless, meaningless text that they
should have been titled: "Mindless Drivel" and "Even More Mindless Drivel For
The Seriously Stupid?
Do you have a question about God, but are afraid to ask the Christian in your life
that question for fear of having religion crammed down your throat?

See, I've been
on both sides and I remember what it was like. Before I became a believer, I truly believed that when they said that the gift of Salvation is free, they were lying.
Anyone who was born before yesterday knows that everything free comes with a string or two attached. I was so skeptical about
having this "freedom in Christ" that I wanted to think about all of the ramifications
of being a follower of His, I
wanted to know what He expected of me before I jumped on the bandwagon of
Christianity.
And then later, after I became a believer, when I was still a babe in Christ--certainly
before dust was invented--I had a ton of questions about God,
but most people I knew were were either too busy to answer my questions or they
didn't know the answers. What's worse, the first time I tried to witness to another about Christ, I was left stumped for answers.
It was a bad scene. I sat there, my jaw working, something, anything trying to
come out of my mouth, but nothing did... I didn't have the answers. Unfortunately, by the time I discovered those answers, it was too late, the person had already passed on.
In an effort to make sure that no one else has to go through what I did--feeling
like an impotent moron because I was unable to answer a simple question about
God--I made this website to be a free resource for new believers in Christ and
non-Christians who are seeking to know more about God.
Anyone, new believers and unbelievers alike, who is looking for
quick answers
about God and Jesus and wants those answers right
NOW,
not next week, certainly not after pouring over numerous articles that are
spread all over the web and reading a ton of books from numerous bookstores and
libraries combined, can have the answers
IMMEDIATELY.
Before we go any further, let me take a moment to welcome you. If you're a new
believer, or about to become one, welcome to the family! I don't care which
branch of Christianity you belong to: If you’re Southern Baptist, Catholic,
Protestant, or any other division of Christianity, if you believe in Christ
Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you’re part of the Christian family--you're
part of my family and I'm proud to call you a sister or brother.

mushy gushy stuff already!" you're probably saying. All right then, let's get to it: On this site, you'll find

Basically, the topics broached on this site range from predestination to what God’s Word—the final authority—says about sorcery and fall anywhere between. If you'd like to add something to

yourself by not sending me any attachments--I'm sniffing and putting my nose in the air right now.
One final thing I'd like to mention before I let you loose to play on the
website:
I believe in shooting straight from the hip. As the title
of this website implies, I can be somewhat bossy, but that's only because I love ya. We're family here remember? There's no need for family members to be full of pretense with one another.
Though I make no apologies for my straightforwardness, I’ll be as gentle as I can
be without sounding hypocritical or judgmental. If I am, just figure out a way
to reach through the Internet and slap me upside the head. LOL!
